The Practice

The mind is often preoccupied with any number of fleeting thoughts or engrained stories. They pull attention away from the present moment and in the blink of an eye, you are operating within a trance. You can go through the motions missing everything along the way.

When you’re in automatic mode, you are not in a state of receptivity. You miss the opportunity for: joy, beauty, lightness, solution, and connection. It is only when you return to the present moment that possibility greets you once more.

This is the practice. Choose to return to your essence over and over again.

Enough is Enough

We often talk in terms of what we deserve. Mainstream conditioning erroneously leads us to believe that we must be enough of something in order to obtain something else. We ask the questions:

“Am I attractive enough to be noticed?”
“Am I smart enough to be acknowledged?”
“Am I powerful enough to be respected?”
“Am I good enough to be loved?”

In the constant search for enough-ness,  your true origins are forgotten. Remember that you are literally made of “star stuff” and no one has ever questioned the worth of the cosmos.
