Grudge Match

To feel challenged by another can be uncomfortable. Sometimes, rather than admit that discomfort and the associated vulnerability, we may fixate on the issue without the intention to resolve it.

One may even feel a sense of righteous indignation. Instead of exploring the core feelings on the subject, they dig their heels in convinced of the other party’s wrongness.

Always remember that you can choose to center on and around an issue or choose to willingly grow past it.
