Anger is an emotion that many are challenged to express healthily. Some mercilessly lash out, while others suppress. Choosing either of these options benefits neither the individual, or the often undeserving recipient.
The appropriate response is somewhere in between. It’s about being able to express the truth of what you’re feeling. Revealing that truth may temporarily hurt oneself or another, but simultaneously learn to honor your spirit which never intends harm.
Anger is as useful an emotion as any other. With awareness, it’s simply another form of guidance.
