How aware are you of your habits? Nail biting, cracking knuckles, excessive social media…the list goes on and on. While, those things may not be life-altering, there is one behavior you may have that is.
Like anything else in life, fear can become a habit.
Each time you make a decision out of fear, you strengthen the urge to do the same thing the next time. Repetitive actions eventually become unconscious behaviors. The point at which fear becomes your default mode, is the point at which you begin living a very small version of what your life could be.
Be very aware of what you are choosing. Every decision opens up or closes possibilities. Make sure fear is not dictating what those possibilities may be.
